Point To Consider When Establishing A Company

moneygolddiamond - Just to share a little info, if we want to raise money for our project, there are some point we have to aware in relation with country's stability.

If our project will established in a regulated environment or stabil country, then we will have to fight against old player (old and big and powerful companies), often, we have to be a subordinate partners of this old player to foundate our business, otherwise, seeking for miracles such as changing in politics, or changing in international business regulation, etc.



If our plan to establish in a non (yet) regulated country, then be prepared to give a lot of cash up front as a way of establishing yourself first. ...;( but, as wise man say, the more risky the business, the more return we can get.

Something that we have to prepare carefully is about our local business partners. We have to share our business risk with them, do a proper agreement to obey both of us together.

And for sure, start with an adamant business-plan before putting even $1 in the project.The plan - especially its risks section - must be reviewed by experts who has a proven business experience in this stable or unstable country (and who is not going to be your partner).
