the Grand Watermelon
Sold at auction in December 2006, it is a $1,000 1890 bill which was sold for $2,255,000. Only one of two existing printed in 1890, There are also 6 brown-seal grand watermelon notes in existence.
The name of "Grand Watermelon" come from it's green striped zeros in the "1,000" printed on the reverse so that it look like a watermelon.
